Description
In very hot climates, muslin can be used as an apparel material because of its light, breathable nature. Muslin is also used as a mock-up fabric for the seamstress to replicate light weight fabrics such as silk. It has been used to make festival canopies. It also has uses in theatre and studio photography, cooking and medicine. Muslin is also applied to the back of curtains or drapes to help give them form and preserve privacy.
